Welcome to GoNation, a website, online and mobile service of GoNation ("GoNation,"Us," or "We"). This Agreement explains the use of the GoNation website, mobile device software applications ("GoNation Software"), and applications for third-party websites owned, controlled or operated by GoNation(collectively the "Services"). Before using any GoNation Services, please read carefully the following terms and conditions of service established by GoNation. All users, visitors and others who access, download, purchase and / or use the GoNation Services (collectively or individually "You" or "Users")imply that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement"), whether or not you are a registered User of our Services. If you don't agree with the terms and conditions set in this Agreement, please terminate all use of the GoNation Services immediately.
We hold the right to update this Agreement at any time without prior notice to you as outlined in this Agreement. Your continued use of the Services after any change acknowledges your acceptance of the new Terms of Use Agreement. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future Terms of Use Agreement, do not use or access (or continue to access) this Services.
GoNation provides Users with personalized profiles to share and connect with information regarding the dining and entertainment industry. You do not have to register to visit GoNation, but as a condition to access certain features of the website, you must register with GoNation and create a User account. Becoming a User allows you to access our Services to create a profile, search and share content. By establishing a profile, GoNation has the right to maintain your page from time to time at their sole discretion.
All GoNation Services are for individuals seventeen (17) years of age or older. Any registrant under the age of seventeen (17) is strictly in violation of this Agreement. If you are seventeen (17), but younger than eighteen (18) years of age, you must agree to review and understand this Agreement with a parent or guardian, and you both must agree to accept this Agreement. GoNation has the right to refuse registration to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time.
You may never use another User's account without their consent. When signing up for your account, you must use accurate and complete information. Please notify GoNation if you believe that your account and / or password have had a breach of security or have been used without your consent.
You assume all risks in connection with creating your profile on these Services or with any other related activity. Always exercise caution when posting addresses such as, but not limited to a home or business address. All publicly viewable information on GoNation may be viewable by both Users and non-users.
You shall not: use GoNation to stalk, harass, intimidate, abuse, threaten, or defraud other Users, or collect other Users content and personal informational without their consent; impersonate or misrepresent another User, person or entity, or falsely claim any affiliation to any such User, including accessing another User's GoNation account; or create a User name that is vulgar or offensive. GoNation reserves the right to suspend and / or terminate User accounts at its sole discretion based upon their interpretation of violations to this Agreement. GoNation does not control the profile or account content posted by its Users, nor do we have the obligation to monitor content.
You alone are responsible for your conduct and involvement with other Users. GoNation reserves the right, but has no obligation to monitor disagreements and other issues between you and other Users. GoNation cannot guarantee the identity of any other users with whom you may interact with in the course of using the Services.
GoNation reserves the right to: (a) suspend, modify, and / or eliminate any aspect of the Services; (b) interrupt the Services; (c) permanently or temporarily terminate, suspend, or refuse to grant you access to the Services with or without prior notice or consent for any or no reason; at its sole discretion. You agree that GoNation will not be liable to you for any interruption of Services to your account.
The Services may include advertisements, which may be targeted to the content or information on the Services, searches made through the Services, or other information. The types and extent of advertising by GoNation on the Services are subject to change. By accessing and using the Services, you are granting GoNation and its third-party partners the right to use such advertising on the Services or in connection with the display of content or information from the Services whether submitted by you or others.
GoNation may charge fees in order to provide some of the Services to the Users. All fees are collected in accordance to our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to use such services as coupons and gift certificates, you are bound to any fees related to the service.
In order to use the mobile features of the GoNation Software, you must consent to: (a) pay all carrier data, messaging, and other fees resulting from GoNation usage. Data and messaging plans are required to use the mobile features of the GoNation Software. Standard data and messaging charges, fees, and taxes from your carrier apply.
You agree to use the GoNation Services in accordance to the Terms of Use Agreement.
Users are solely responsible for the use of our Services, for any content or material uploaded to our Services and any consequences pertaining to your actions through the use of our Services. All content, both privately and publicly displayed, is the sole responsibility of the User who posted such content, and GoNation is not liable for any omissions or errors. Any use or reliance on any content posted using the Services or obtained by you through the Services is at your own risk.
You understand that whether or not your content and images are published, GoNation does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any User submissions. You shall not include offensive, racially or ethnically offensive, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, or pornographic content or images on your GoNation Services personal profile page.
GoNation reserves the right to: (a) remove, suspend, edit or modify any content in its sole discretion, including without limitation any User submissions at any time, without notice to you and for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such content or if GoNation is concerned that you may have violated these Terms of Use Agreement), or for no reason at all, and (b) to remove, suspend or block any User submissions from the Service.
GoNation also reserves the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as GoNation reasonably believes is necessary to: (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request; (b) enforce these Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations hereof; (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (d) respond to user support requests, or (e) protect the rights, property or safety of GoNation, our Users or others.
GoNation allows the submission of content and material by you and other Users for activities pertaining to the Services. We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content or communications posted using the Services. You acknowledge that by using the Services, you may be exposed to content that might be inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, and you consent through using the Services that GoNation will not be liable to you for any such damages as outlined in this Agreement.
When you delete your User submissions, they will be removed from the Services. However, you understand that any removed User submissions may remain with Users who have previously accessed or downloaded your User submissions or that are archived on our site.
By submitting content and material, not limited to images, to GoNation, you hereby grant GoNation a worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid-up, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, publicly perform, publicly display, digitally perform, and otherwise exploit, for any purpose whatsoever, without compensation to you or any other provider, User submissions in connection with the GoNation Services and GoNation's (and its successor's) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the GoNation Services (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats now known or hereafter developed, and through any media channels.
You also hereby grant each User of the GoNation Services a non-exclusive license to access your User submissions through the GoNation Services, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such User submissions as permitted through the functionality of the GoNation Services and under this Agreement.
GoNation hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use a compiled code copy of the GoNation Software for one GoNation User account on one mobile device owned or leased solely by you, for your personal use.
To use the GoNation Software, you must have a compatible mobile device. We do not warrant that you will be able to use the GoNation Services on your mobile device. You shall agree to pay any fees (not limited to data and messaging) incurred by your use of any GoNation Software application of the GoNation Services. Any payments and fees for your use of the GoNation Services will be managed and subject to your mobile provider. Please refer to your mobile provider's regular billing statement for charges related to the GoNation Services, and contact your mobile provider directly with any questions or comments related to these fees.
You may not: (a) modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the GoNation Software, except to the extent that such restriction is expressly prohibited by law; (b) rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the GoNation Software to any third party or use the GoNation Software to provide time sharing or similar services for any third party; (c) make any copies of the GoNation Software; (d) remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the GoNation Software, features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content accessible through the GoNation Software, or features that enforce limitations on use of the GoNation Software; or (e) delete the copyright and other proprietary rights notices on the GoNation Software.
You acknowledge that GoNation may from time to time issue upgraded versions of the GoNation Software, and may automatically electronically upgrade the version of the GoNation Software that you are using on your mobile device. You consent to such automatic upgrading on your mobile device, and agree that the terms and conditions of this Agreement will apply to all such upgrades.
Any third-party code that may be incorporated in the GoNation Software is covered by the applicable open source or third-party license EULA, if any, authorizing use of such code.
The foregoing license grant under this Agreement is not a sale of the GoNation Software or any copy thereof and GoNation or its third party partners or suppliers retain all right, title, and interest in the GoNation Software (and any copy thereof). Any attempt by you to transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations hereunder, except as expressly provided for in this Agreement, is void. GoNation reserves all rights not expressly granted under this Agreement.
Except for your User content, all right, title, and interest in and to the Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and User content (the "GoNation Content") are and will remain the exclusive property of GoNation and its licensors.
You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from any materials or content accessible on the Service. Use of the GoNation content or materials on the Service for any purpose not expressly permitted by this Agreement is strictly prohibited.Any comments, suggestions, or feedback that you may provide GoNation regarding the Services or GoNation Software is completely voluntary and we will be free to use any comments, suggestions, or feedback as desired and without any obligation to you.
You are responsible for the safeguarding of your password to access the Services and for any actions and activity under your password. We strongly recommend that you use a "strong" password with a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols, and you should keep your password strictly confidential. You must notify GoNation immediately if you believe that your password has been compromised and is no longer known only by you. We reserve the right to suspend the User account if we believe that it is no longer secure. GoNation cannot and will not be liable for any damages or losses pertaining to the failure to comply with the above requirements.
These Services may contain links to third party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for: (a) the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources; or (b) the content, products, or services on or available from such websites or resources. These links serve solely for the convenience of our Users. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by GoNation of such websites or resources or the content, products, or services available from such websites or resources. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources.
We hold the right to update, modify, add, or remove parts of this Agreement at our discretion, without prior notice to you. Please continue to check this Agreement for any posted updates. Your continued use of the GoNation Services after any updates or modifications, acknowledges your acceptance of the new Terms of Use Agreement. For any substantial changes to this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that any changed or modified terms shall automatically be effective thirty (30) days after they are initially posted on the GoNation Services. If you do not agree with the new Terms of Use Agreement, you must terminate your User account and cease all activity pertaining to accessing these Services.
You agree to pay any fees due for and incurred by your use of the GoNation Services. Any payments and fees for your use of the GoNation Services or GoNation Software may be managed by your mobile carrier or GoNation. Please refer to your mobile carrier's regular billing statement for charges related to the GoNation Services, and contact your mobile provider directly with any questions or comments related to these fees. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to any products or services sold on or through GoNation. If you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place under your account, you agree to notify us immediately, so that we may take action to help prevent financial loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive all claims against us related to payments unless you submit the claim to us within 30 days after the charge. You are responsible for and agree to reimburse us for all reversals, charge-backs, claims, fees, fines, penalties and other liability incurred by us (including costs and related expenses) that were caused by or arising out of payments that you authorized or accepted. When you purchase anything on or through GoNation, you agree to pay all amounts specified in the order, along with any applicable taxes. When you provide a payment source to us, you confirm that you are permitted to use that payment source. As soon as you make a payment, you authorize us (and our designated payment processor) to charge the full amount to the payment source you designate for the transaction. We do not store your information, other than collecting it to complete the transaction through our designated payment processor.
You acknowledge that GoNation has no control over, and no duty to take any action regarding: which Users gains access to the Services; what content you access through the Services; what effects the content may have on you; how you may interpret or use the content; or what actions you may take as a result of having been exposed to the content.
GoNation Services are intended to be used as a network for individuals and businesses in the dining and entertainment industry for personal and commercial use. Our System should not be: (a) used or relied on as an emergency locator system; (b) used while driving or operating vehicles; (c) or used during other activities which the failure or inaccuracy of the action could result in death, personal injury, or severe physical or property damage.
Representatives other than GoNation may provide services or sell products, not limited to gift certificates, through the GoNation Services. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or the content of their product and service offerings. GoNation does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other terms and conditions of use.
The privacy of our Users is very important to GoNation. Any content and information that you provide to GoNation is subject to our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy was designed to share disclosures about how you share your profile and how we utilize your content and location to optimize your search results. You understand that by using our Services, you are consenting to the collection and usage of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy. Please read our entire Privacy Policy, as this section was incorporated into our Agreement by reference, in order to make an informed decision about utilizing our Services.
GoNation respects the intellectual property rights of others and we expect the Users of the Services to reciprocate those actions. We will respond to any reports of alleged copyright infringement that comply with any applicable laws and that are properly submitted to us. If you believe that your content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material; (d) your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address; (e) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
We reserve the right to suspend and / or terminate repeat violators and to remove any content alleged to be infringing at any time without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
The GoNation Software, content, visual interfaces, information, graphics, design, computer code, products, software, services, including, but not limited to, the mobile device applications, and all other elements of the GoNation Services are protected by United States copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, international laws and conventions, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws.
We try our best at GoNation to help safeguard our Users, but we can't guarantee it. We need your help to maintain security, which includes the following commitments: (a) you will not solicit or access another user's account information; (b) you will not upload viruses or other malicious code; (c) you will not send or post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on GoNation; (d) you will not collect content or information from other users, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission; (e) you will not develop or operate a third party application containing alcohol-related or other mature content (including advertisements) without appropriate age-based restrictions; (f) you will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of GoNation, such as a denial of service attack; and (g) you will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.
GoNation provides its Services on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis, without any express or implied warranties. This is including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that content on GoNation is accurate, reliable or correct; or that our Services will meet your requirements; that Services will be available without interruption at any time or location; that any errors or defects will be corrected; or that Services are free of viruses and other harmful components.
Any content downloaded or obtained through the use of our Services are at your own risk, and you will accept sole responsibility for any damage to your computer not limited the loss of data, that may result from such download. No advice or information, whether verbal or written, obtained from GoNation or through the Services, will create any warranty not expressly made herein.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that GoNation and its affiliates, employees, representatives, suppliers, content providers, licensors, and third party partners (not limited to GoNation's wireless carrier providers), will not under any circumstance be liable for direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, reliance, consequential, exemplary damages related to or resulting from (a) your access to use or inability to use the GoNation Services, (b) any conduct or content by any third-party using the Services including but not limited to any violations to our Terms of Use Agreement, (c) the GoNation Software or Services that make the GoNation Services available (d) any unauthorized access or use to your content or images, or (e) any other interactions with GoNation or Users of GoNation, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory even if GoNation or a GoNation representative was aware of the possibility of such damages. Such damages included but not limited to: (a) loss of actual profits or anticipated profits, (b) loss of revenue, (c) loss of goodwill, (d) loss of data, (e) loss of anticipated profits, and (f) wasted expenses. You agree that the limitations of liability as stated above will survive past any expiration or termination of this Agreement and even if a remedy is found herein and failed to fulfill its essential purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.
The failure of GoNation to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. In the event that any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in full force and effect.
These terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut without regard to or application of its conflict of law provisions or your state or country of residence. All claims, legal proceedings or litigation arising in connection with the Service will be brought solely in New Haven County, Connecticut, and you consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a United States federal government entity that is legally unable to accept the controlling law, jurisdiction or venue clauses above, then those clauses do not apply to you but instead these terms and any action related thereto will be will be governed by the laws of the United States of America (without reference to conflict of laws) and, in the absence of federal law and to the extent permitted under federal law, the laws of the State of Connecticut (excluding choice of law).
These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are the entire and exclusive Agreement between you and GoNation regarding the Services. This excludes any services in which you may have a separate agreement with GoNation that is in addition to these terms. These terms are current and will replace any prior Agreements between GoNation and you regarding the Services.

GoNation ("GoNation," "Us," or "We") understands and values the importance of its Users privacy. We are dedicated to offering full transparency of our privacy practices and collection of your data when using the GoNation Services and GoNation Software, as outlined in the Terms of Use Agreement.
This Privacy Policy describes GoNation's privacy practices pertaining to the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") and other data that GoNation gathers when you access GoNation's Service, how the information will be used and the correction and / or deletion of information.These Services are not available to individuals who are younger than seventeen (17) years old.

The Personal Information that you provide is used to set up your user account and profile that can be used to interact with other users and improve the content of the Services. For example, your location input is used to customize the advertising and content that you see during your searches. Some Services don't require registration such as viewing profiles by their URLs.
It also includes information that is collected automatically when you use Services including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested. This data is treated as non-Personal Information, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law. All non-Personal Information is collected in aggregate form, so that we may provide our partners and third-parties with information about how our Users collectively use our site.
We use the Personal Information that you provide to us to operate, maintain, and provide content to other Users of the Services. Any Personal Information or other data that is voluntarily disclosed to GoNation, including User content, may be available to the public. GoNation is not responsible for the Personal Information or content posted by our Users. Although you are able to remove information from the Services, some information may remain viewable to the public through other Users' pages and to the extent it was shared, copied and downloaded by others. GoNation may use certain information in aggregate form to provide to partners and third parties to help analyze how the Services are used, diagnosing service or technical problems, upholding security, and personalizing content.
GoNation reserves the right to suspend and / or terminate User accounts at its sole discretion based upon their interpretation of violations in accordance with applicable law or our Terms of Use Agreement. GoNation does not control the profile or account content posted by its Users, nor do we have the obligation to monitor such content.
We use non-Personal Information such as cookies, clear gifs, and log file information to: (a) provide custom, personalized content and information; (b) monitor the effectiveness of our Service; (c) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors and traffic; (d) diagnose or fix technology problems reported by our users or engineers that are associated with certain IP addresses; and (e) help you efficiently access your information after you sign in.
Personal Information that you provide to us may be shared with Users, others, and third parties through providing our Services to you. GoNation may share your non-Personal Information with third party partners to provide custom, personalized content and information in accordance with our Services. We cannot control third parties' use of your information.We may also transfer both Personal and non-Personal Information in the course of business development, corporate divestitures, mergers, or dissolution.
Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, GoNation will not disclose personal information to any third party unless required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the law, comply with legal process served on us or our affiliates, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities; (b) enforce our Terms of Use Agreement, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, or to protect the security or integrity of our site; and (c) protect the rights, property, or safety of GoNation, our Users or others.
Non-Personal Information is provided to us when you visit GoNation.com through cookies, alphanumeric identifiers, that are sent to your computer which identifies your unique browser.A cookie may also convey anonymous information about how you browse the Services to us, without collecting your Personal Information. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of the Services may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled. Also, our servers collect log file information automatically from your browser with your access our site. These logs include information about your web request, IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.
We may share non-Personal Information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with trusted third party partners to help them understand the usage patterns of the GoNation Services.GoNation may allow third party partner ad servers or ad networks to serve advertisements on the GoNation site with approval from GoNation. They may also use other technologies such as cookies, to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content.GoNation does not provide any Personal Information to these third party partner ad servers or ad networks without your consent. However, if an advertiser asks GoNationto show an advertisement to a certain audience and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach. GoNation's Services allow the Users to share their content and images with other Users and non-users. Features include: searching other User profiles, connecting your profile to Facebook, sharing recommendations, posting content and images, and using third party applications. For each of these features, the information is available to the public. Please note that any information posted or transmitted on our Services is subject to our Terms of Use Agreement, and may be available to a wider network of people, including both Users and non-users. Users can choose to connect their profile with Facebook, if they would like to share their profile and recommendations with their friends and others. Users may also adjust select options in their site preferences to change what is publicly displayed or saved on their My Nation profile. Posting content and images to other Users' pages is subject to their sharing capacity. Any content or images posted may also be featured on our site's homepage, which is subject to viewing by Users and non-users. All information voluntarily disclosed to GoNation Services is subject to be shared in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
GoNation uses physical, managerial and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannotensure or warrant the security of any information you upload or transmit to GoNation and you do so at your own risk. Once your Personal Information is on our site, GoNation makes all reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems.This is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your User account. GoNation allows you to access the following information about yourself on your profile for viewing, updating, and ensuring that your information is accurate and complete. You can access this information by going to your My Nation profile page and your Account Settings page.

If you ever decide to delete your GoNation User account, there is a setting in your Account Settings, under My Account, that allows you to terminate your account. By deleting your account, you will effectively remove your User profile, search history, current and past calendar of events, social rank, and reputation points. After you have deleted your account,information pertaining to and including your profile will be removed from GoNation, but will remain on the server for a period up to 90 days. Copies of such information may remain viewable in other places, including other Users' pages and to the extent it has been shared with others, copied or stored by other Users.
Protecting the privacy of children is especially important to GoNation. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of seventeen (17) years or knowingly allow such persons to register as Users. No one under the age of seventeen (17) years is allowed to provide any Personal Information to or on GoNation.In the event that an individual under the age of seventeen (17) years submits information to GoNation, we will take action to remove such information. If you are aware of such a User, please contact us immediately at privacy@gonation.com.
GoNation may choose to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any information collected is subject to the Privacy Policy, in effect, at the time when such information is collected. If we make substantial changes to the way we collection Personal Information, an announcement will be posted in our Terms of Use Agreement. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy upon use of the Services after such changes have been announced. Your full name is required in order to use our GoNation Gift system, as gift certificates can only be applied to full, valid names. You may choose to change your public viewing options in your account site preferences.
